Mark Perry  of Carpe Diem shared this information earlier this week.  But in case you missed it:
The Newspaper Association of America published some interesting findings on the substantial decline in Print advertising revenues over the last 50 years.
In 1950, Ad revenues totaled approximately $21 billion dollars.  That number increased for the next 50 years, peaking in the year 2000 at $64 billion dollars.
The next 11 years were not so kind.
Ad revenues plummeted from the high of $64 billion dollars down to $21 billion dollars in 2011.
Where has the money gone?
I think we all know.
